Findon is a western suburb between Grange Road and Findon Road, a few kilometres back from the beaches at Grange and Henley, with Findon Shopping Centre and a largely residential grid of post-war streets. It is known for its market-garden history and a strong Italian and Greek community, and today it is a mix of long-term owners, young families and renters.
Most Findon homes are 1950s and 60s brick and cream-brick houses on good-sized blocks, with carpeted bedrooms and often a carpeted formal lounge, and many have been extended at the back with tiled family rooms. Older homes may still have their original dense wool or nylon carpet, well cared for over decades. Subdivision has added townhouses and courtyard homes with carpeted upstairs rooms. Pets are common, and a reasonable share of the older homes are now rentals managed by local agents.

Findon questions
Usually, yes. Old dense carpets are often wool or a hard-wearing nylon that responds well to a proper clean. We test a hidden area first, use wool-safe products where needed and keep moisture controlled. If the backing is failing or the pile is worn through in places, we point that out before we start rather than afterwards.
Yes. We book around the move-out and inspection dates, clean the rooms the lease requires and provide a dated receipt for the tenant or property manager. Any pet treatment or deodorise added for the exit is listed on the receipt as well.
