Packages assume the home is empty or nearly empty, which is how end of lease cleans normally happen and part of why they are priced as a bundle. If you are cleaning before the furniture goes, book the rooms individually instead and we will work around what is left.
Book the carpet clean for after the furniture is out and after any general cleaning that involves walking through the rooms, ideally the day before the final inspection or key handover. Carpet needs 4 to 8 hours to dry, so a morning clean on handover day works if the inspection is in the afternoon, but the day before is safer. Keep the receipt with your exit condition report.
If you had a pet inside, say so when you book. Urine that has dried into the backing is the single most common reason a property manager flags carpet, and it needs an enzyme treatment, not just a clean. It is far cheaper to treat it than to argue about it.
