Marion questions
Yes. Give us the address, the access arrangements and the date the property needs to be ready, and we will clean all carpeted areas, pre-treat marks and send a dated receipt to you and the tenant. We are used to working to inspection deadlines.
Usually, yes. Cat urine soaks into the backing and underlay and keeps releasing odour, especially in warm weather. We treat the affected spots with an enzyme product that breaks the urine down, then extract. Where the underlay is saturated after years of accidents, we will tell you honestly that replacement of the underlay may be needed.
