St Marys questions
A proper hot water extraction clean of every carpeted room after your furniture is out, and a dated receipt that names the property and lists the rooms, which we email on the day. Book it for the day before the inspection so the carpet has its drying time. We do not promise the bond outcome, which depends on the whole property, but we do give you a clean and a receipt an agent cannot argue with.
Yes. Key-safe or office key pick-up access is fine, we clean the whole house while it is empty, treat any pet areas with enzyme, and the receipt goes to the agency or the owner as you prefer, with the property address on it. If a room has wear or damage that cleaning cannot fix, we tell you rather than leave it for the next inspection to find.
