Campbelltown sits in Adelaide's north-east, along the River Torrens between Paradise and Athelstone, with the Campbelltown council offices, the ARC aquatic centre and Lochiel Park nearby. The typical Campbelltown house is a solid 1960s or 1970s brick home on a decent block, often with a formal lounge and a separate family room.
