Dulwich is a small, affluent inner-eastern suburb pressed up against the Adelaide Parklands and Victoria Park, between Fullarton Road and Greenhill Road, with the Dulwich Avenue shops and cafes at its heart. It is minutes from the city on foot or by bike, and its quiet streets of character homes sit alongside apartment buildings on the main roads that attract professionals and downsizers.
The houses are mostly stone villas, bungalows and interwar homes on compact blocks, many immaculately renovated, with wool or quality wool-blend carpet in the bedrooms and a formal front room and hard floors through the rear living areas. Along Greenhill Road and Fullarton Road there are apartment buildings from the 1960s through to recent years, where carpet runs through bedrooms and sometimes the living room, usually nylon in the newer buildings. A good share of the apartments are rented, and tenants and body-corporate managers both come to us.

Pet spots get an enzyme treatment; wine and food marks are pre-treated individually with chemistry chosen for the fibre.

Dulwich questions
Yes. Portable extraction equipment comes up in the lift and we run everything inside the apartment, so there are no hoses through common areas. Tell us the building and the floor when you book so we can plan access and parking, and we leave the carpet damp rather than wet so it dries within hours in a closed apartment with the air conditioning on.
No. Dulled wool is usually fine dust and airborne soil bound into the pile, and a careful hot water extraction clean restores the colour and the feel without any risk when it is done with wool-safe chemistry and controlled moisture. It also removes the soil that would otherwise wear the fibre over time.
