Ingle Farm is an established suburb in Adelaide's inner north, between Walkley Heights and Para Hills, developed mainly in the 1960s and 1970s with the Ingle Farm shopping centre and several schools and reserves at its core. It is a practical, multicultural family suburb with a lot of long-term owners and an active rental market.
Homes are predominantly single-storey brick houses of that era, with carpeted bedrooms, a carpeted lounge and a central hallway, many of them extended or updated over the years.
