Port Adelaide is the historic port on the Port River in Adelaide's west, with the heritage wharves, the lighthouse, the Maritime Museum and the dolphins in the river, surrounded by old working-class streets, warehouse conversions and the newer waterfront developments at New Port and Dock One. It mixes long-term residents, renters and new apartment owners.
The housing stock runs from 1880s stone and brick cottages and 1920s bungalows in the old streets to post-war homes, 1970s units and brand-new apartments and townhouses on the waterfront. A deodorise after the clean deals with the musty edge river-side homes pick up, and we will tell you if a smell suggests a moisture problem that cleaning alone will not fix. For end-of-lease jobs we clean after the move-out and leave a dated receipt listing the rooms done.
