Prospect sits just north of the Adelaide parklands, built around Prospect Road and the shops, cafes and cinema near the Churchill Road end. It is one of the older inner-northern suburbs, with wide tree-lined streets, a long run of character homes and a steady mix of families, professionals and renters who like being ten minutes from the city.
Many Prospect homes are bluestone villas, bungalows and 1920s to 1940s cottages that have been renovated and extended at the back. Carpet in these homes tends to sit in the bedrooms and the front formal rooms while the rear living areas are polished boards or tiles. Older houses often still have good-quality wool twist or wool-blend carpet that owners want to keep, and the newer townhouses and units along Churchill Road and Regency Road lean towards nylon and polypropylene carpet in neutral tones.

Prospect questions
Yes. We check the fibre first and use a wool-safe, pH-neutral process with controlled heat and moisture. Wool is cleaned more gently than synthetic carpet and dried with airflow so the pile does not stay damp. We will also tell you honestly if an old stain has permanently changed the dye before we start.
Yes. Every end-of-lease clean comes with a dated receipt that lists the rooms, hallway and stairs we cleaned, so the property manager has what they need for the final inspection. Book once the furniture is out, so we can reach every edge of the carpet.
