Fullarton is a quiet, well-established suburb in Adelaide's inner south-east, between Fullarton Road and Glen Osmond Road, a short trip from Unley and the city. It is known for its wide, tree-lined streets, character homes and a mix of long-term owners and professionals renting close to town.
Fullarton homes are largely bungalows, villas and 1920s to 1940s character houses, many extended at the back with modern living areas. Carpet tends to be concentrated in bedrooms and the original front rooms, and wool is common in homes where the owners have invested in quality floor coverings. There is also a scattering of older unit groups and newer townhouses, which usually have practical nylon carpet throughout and a higher proportion of tenants who move every few years.

Fullarton questions
Usually we can get it much closer. The dark strip is embedded soil from years of foot traffic on the exposed carpet either side of the runner. We pre-treat and extract the whole hallway so the contrast softens. If part of the difference is sun fade on the exposed section, that part is permanent, and we will point it out before we start.
Yes, two bedrooms is a normal job. There is a minimum booking on our price list, and a two-bedroom clean usually sits around it. Adding the hallway at the same time is the most efficient way to use the visit.
