Holden Hill sits in Adelaide's north-east on the rising ground east of Gilles Plains, with North East Road along its southern edge, Dry Creek and its linear reserve running through, and the Gilles Plains TAFE campus close by. It was built mostly in the 1960s and 1970s and has a mix of long-term owners, young families buying their first home and rental properties.
