Older Magill homes are 1950s to 1970s brick houses on generous blocks, many with carpet through the bedrooms and lounge, often a wool or wool-blend twist that has lasted well. Magill questions
Yes. Clear the floors as much as you can, tell us the inspection date, and we will clean every carpeted room, pre-treat the marks and leave you a dated receipt for the property manager. It is one of the most common jobs we do in Magill.
It can, because the foothills are cooler and damper than the plains. We counter that with strong extraction and extra dry passes, so the carpet is only damp when we finish. Heating on low and a fan or open window will have it dry within a few hours in most homes.
